1.  How do I place an order for books listed on SandlapperPublishing.com?

 Print out an order form and mail to Sandlapper Publishing, PO Box 730, Orangeburg, SC  29115 or  fax to 803-534-5223.  You can also place an order by calling 1-800-849-7263  or email: sales@sandlapperpublishing.com.

 

2.  I cannot open the order form on my computer?

You required adobe acrobat 5.0 or later to open, fill out, and print the order form.  The latest version of Adobe Acrobat can be downloaded by clicking on the following link:

 2.  What are payment options does Sandlapper offer?

We  accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express . 
We also  offer credit terms of 30 days for established accounts. 

 

3.  What are the credit terms for open accounts with Sandlapper?

Invoices are due in 30  days on open accounts.  A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be applied to invoices not paid on time.  No orders will be processed on accounts with past due balanced. 

 

4.  How do I establish an account with Sandlapper?

You must submit a statement of credit history or three credit references together with a copy of your tax resale certificate.  Allow one week for processing an application for credit.  Credit application or  call 1-800-849-7263 to have a from faxed or emailed to you.

 

4.  What discounts does Sandlapper offer?

DISCOUNTS

Individuals:

Free Shipping on 5 or more books.  Freight is billed on maps and inventory clearance items.

Wholesale:

Discounts are available to qualified distributors on books published by Sandlapper.  Call for Details.

Libraries and Schools:

15%.  No minimum order required.  No sales tax.  Free shipping on order of 3 or more books.  *Call for discount on the purchase of books for resale.

Retail Trade:

Shipping charges are prepaid and billed on each invoice.  All title combine for discount.

 

5.    How do I return books for credit?

Returns must be made within one year from date of purchase.  All books must be in saleable condition.  To receive full credit, returns must be accompanied by a list of titles, quantities, and invoice numbers.  Returns without reference to invoice numbers will receive credit of 45% off suggested retail.  No authorization is required.  Freight must be prepaid.

6.  Does Sandlapper offer any alternative methods of ordering?

We offer a Single title order plan (STOP) to booksellers.  STOP is prepaid with a 40% and $4.00 postage and handling by USPS Book Rate or $5.50 shipping and handling by UPS Ground.  A drop-ship program is available, where we will invoice and ship-direct.

 

7.  What length of time do I have to make claims on damaged, non-receipt, defective, shortages, or books received in error?

You must make a claim within 30 days of the invoice date.  Failure to make a claim within 30 days shall constitute acceptance and and admission that all goods fully comply with all terms, conditions, and specifications.  If there is external damage to the package received, please contact the carrier immediately. 

Note: Proof of delivery is unavailable after 6 months of the invoice date.

 

8.  How do I submit materials for consideration of publication?
